Foreign Exchange with Santino Marella: “Storm Shelter”

I was hoping for a timely video featuring Santino excitedly talking about his appearance in a WWE title opportunity tonight at Elimination Chamber. Not so much. Though Daniel Bryan did appear to start a natural rivalry in his brief interview. Them’s fightin words!

Side note: I really like the premise of this one. Santino’s great on the camera. Storm shelter!

Are You Serious with Road Dogg and Josh Mathews – Episode Three

After last week’s strong showing of Vader and Sting Go To White Castle, they’ve set the bar high (even if we had to go elsewhere to find the rest of the clip). Decent follow up with Beach Blast – I really won’t recommend surfing YouTube to find the full clip – their fast forward viewing of it actually suffices in this instance.

That all said, I’m anxiously awaiting a new episode of Superstar Toyz.

I remember when I first saw Zack Ryder’s current persona on TV. I was in Vegas with some friends, and we randomly put WWE Superstars on when it was still airing on WGN. He immediately earned my support and even my non-wrestling fans were sold. The fist pumping and the “Woo Woo Woo” catch phrase won us over. Some time passed and he eventually grew frustrated, turning to YouTube as a creative outlet. Since then he’s been US Champion and has recently played a prominent role in John Cena’s storyline. What a ride, and we hope it keeps going in 2012 and beyond!

Road Dogg and Josh Mathews are back for more punishment, “locked in the basement of Titan Towers”. Picking on Hulk Hogan? That’s low hanging fruit, guys. I wish they’d focus on a few embarrassing moments and go into detail on the back story and what went wrong. They’re going to have to if they end up making it into a WWE Network show pilot. Foreign Exchange with Santino Marella, Episode 2

Santino gets with the ladies. As usual. And I dare you not to laugh. He’s so charming.

I have to admit, Dolph is playing it a bit too tame. He’s gotta be more of a #HEEL… Could this be a sign of his impending face turn? I, for one, hope not.

WWE Raw Backstage Fallout

This one is pretty well done, though I’d prefer to hear the interviewer a little bit more clearly. Daniel Bryan, David Otunga, and Tamina. Tamina could use some mic work, for sure.

It’s like promo practice party time! To be honest, though, a lot of filler rewatching matches you’ve already seen and not getting anything new. Yet.

Road Dogg and Josh Mathews do what we all do when we’re drunk and have nothing else to do but surf YouTube… A trip down ridiculous memory lane… Digging this one, for sure!

I remember watching this match when I was a kid. I had a basic understanding of what a jobber was, but I still thought the action was real. I’m pretty sure I spilled my Corn Pops when I saw this go down. Crazy for its time, at least.
